FAQ

There is no such thing as a dumb question. There are, however, questions that seem to crop up frequently. So, I decided to add a FAQ page where I can post the questions, and answers, that crop up quite frequently…

How much does your coaching cost?

The current fee is published on the Business Coaching page. This initial fee covers the first six weeks by which time John will expect you to have generated some sales/income.

After your coaching fees, will there be any additional expenses?

All businesses have expenses. These basic expenses may include website hosting, autoresponder, graphic design and content writing. The cost of setting up a business may require the investment in specialist software, scripts, plugins or services. Such investments will very much depend on the type of business you wish to create.

How long does the coaching last?

The initial coaching period is six weeks. Should you wish to extend your coaching, this can be negotiated during the sixth week. Such an extension would be entirely optional.

What’s the difference between your Business Coaching and your Business Accountability programmes?

Business Coaching involves working very closely with your coach during weekly coaching sessions. Your coach will help you and guide you in developing a business strategy, turning that strategy into an action plan and then in implementing that plan. Business accountability involves a monthly meeting where you will discuss and agree your objectives, establish new targets and be held accountable for the implementation of those targets.

How does your coaching work?

John’s approach is to work with you on a one-on-one basis. Each client’s needs are different. John will help you to build a business that best suits your own unique skills, knowledge and experience. John does not have a specific model or programme he works with you and your unique situation.

How long would it take me to get to earning $10,000 per month?

Everyone’s situation is different, We all have a different range of skills and levels of ability. We can all invest different amounts of time and/or money in our businesses. With all those different variables it is impossible to predict income potential. However, John does expect his clients to generate some initial sales/income during the first six weeks.

Who will be my coach?

Unlike other coaches, John does not hand his clients off to anyone else. John works with a small, select group of clients on a one-on-one basis only. He never works with more than six clients at a time so he can devote sufficient time to each client.

What Qualifications & Experience Do Your Coaches Have?

John has well over 25 years of business experience. He has worked for a number of blue chip organisations in several management positions and functions. His background includes time with Pirelli, Kangol, K Shoes, Bata and United Biscuits. He set up his own consultancy from scratch in 1991 and within 10 years was generating a sales revenue of over £1,000,000 per annum.

John’s industrial psychology qualifications together with his continuous self development in several management disciplines stand him in good stead to offer solid guidance and advice. As well as Coaching, John is also a qualified Counsellor gaining recognition through Lancaster University.

How frequent are the coaching sessions?

Most clients opt for a single one hour coaching call. However, some clients prefer two thirty minute calls each week. Calls are usually scheduled during standard working hours during the business week. However, where time differences prove to be challenging John’s working pattern can be flexible.

What if I need help between coaching calls?

Between coaching calls, you will be able to contact John via his personal email account, Skype chat or SMS message. John aims to respond to such contact as quickly as possible and certainly within 24 hours during the working week.
